2. Service

vantastic is a platform for creating, managing and delivering video learning content as well as for planning and sending communication series (including via email and WhatsApp). The specific scope of services results from the respective product / contract description.

3. Use and obligations

• Use takes place within the scope of the respectively available features and these terms.
• Messages via WhatsApp are sent only to recipients who have previously given their explicit consent. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time (reply STOP or opt-out button).
• Unlawful, misleading or harassing use is prohibited; the requirements of Meta/WhatsApp must be observed.

4. Liability and warranty

NewEase AG is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for damage caused by slight negligence is excluded – to the extent legally permissible – except in the case of injury to life, body or health and breach of material contractual obligations.

5. Changes and applicable law

We may adjust these terms with effect for the future. German law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions conflict with this.
